C-Sharp (C#) Group: Pan & Tilt webcam project using C#

Hi,

I need some help regarding a final year project which is
going to be a
pan and tilt webcam controlled through the internet. I'm
still a noob
on the subject... I'm planning to use C# as my programming
language but
first I need to know if C# can handle the following;

1..Can I capture a live feed from my webcam using a media
framework? I
know that Java has a media framework but is there something
similar in
.net?

2..Can I control 2 servo motors through the parallel port
using C# or
do I have to create a DLL using C to send data to the
parallel port?

The program will be a client/server based program.

1) Yes you can capture live feeds with a third party
component. try
this site and seacrh for Image Capture http://www.codeproject.com


2) There is no Parallel Port components or libraries
available but this
can still be done quite easily. Here is an example
