C-Sharp (C#) Group: Platform Invocation services

We want to you use one VC++ 6.0 dll Named IGSPClient.dll in
.NET
Project
We already written the [DLLIMPORT] & call external
function defined in
that Dll
The application giving the error IGSPClient.dll is not
loaded
I unble to slove the problemb.
Can anyone suggest.
