C-Sharp (C#) Group: How can I create the link making the user's browser home page?

I'm trying to develop web site. I want to create the link
which makes
the user's browser home page to be my site. And I also want
to provide
the link which adds my site link to the bookmarks or
favorite list of
user's browser. Someone could help me??? Thanks.....

This would be done with javascript, client side scripting.
ASP.net may
provide some mechanism for doing this, but it probably
essentially just
generates javascript code that is run by the browser.
