C-Sharp (C#) Group: Using ResourceManager inside a DLL

Hi

I have a web application that uses a custom server control. 
I wish to
use a resources file (Resource.resx) which resides under
app_GlobalResources folder within the Web application but I
get an
error : Could not find any resources appropriate for the
specified
culture.

Please can someone tell me how within a DLL that I could
access the
default resources file?
