How can I do complex operations or graphing using C sharp?
Is there
any mathematics library that contains any of these tools?

Sure, you can! See this link http://www.codeproject.com/cs/library/sharp3dmath.asp
for complete 3D Math.
For graphics, you can use Managed DirectX or Tao (http://
www.taoframework.com).
For help about these, there is some very nice exemples that
comes with
Tao and codeproject has a lot of tutorials about DirectX.
