Hi,
If anyone has got any idea regarding HTML file
comparison,then let me
know.
There're so many tools/utilities available but I need to
create one of
mine.
So send me some snippets/links.

I am not sure what you mean by comparer or comparison, but
to compare
two files to see their differences I have often used Visual
Source
Safe.
