Project/Assignment: Perform Business Impact Analyses (BIA)

Produces a business line approved BIA report:

a.       Meets with subject matter experts within IT support and business line management to gather data on business processes, systems, and staff functions

b.       Develops the documentation of information flow and processes

c.        Determines the impact, if an incident occurs, to a business line, its processes and technologies

d.       Performs detailed analysis of business processes, and information systems, determining interdependencies, requirements, criticality, and other business and system requirements and capabilities

e.        Maps data flows and system processes, developing understanding of interrelated systems, network, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure
