C-Sharp (C#) Group: Bad CD-ROM in book

I just bought "Visual C#.NET Step by Step" and the
CD-ROM in the back
of the book is bad.  I called Microsoft Press who told me
that the book
is out of print that they don't
have any replacement CD-ROMs available.  She suggested that
I try
"searching the net" to see if I could find one. 
Is there anyone who
has a copy and is willing to send me the
ISO image so I can burn a new one?
