C-Sharp (C#) Group: read from file and write to another

Hi people.. i wrote a code in C#.Net using the DirectX class
library to
capture video from a digital camera,,, when some event is
triggered i
want to read data from a specific location and write into
another
file.. note that the files are .avi files. any suggestions
on how to do
that!? Thnx
