C-Sharp (C#) Group: Seeking C#/.NET Architect and/or Team Lead (Bangalore)

C# Architect and/or Team Lead

We are looking for an excellent C# Architect, with these
requirements:

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

· Degree in Computer Science required (B.E. in computer
science or
MCA preferred)
· 6+ years experience of software development using an
Object
Oriented Language such as C#.
· REQUIRED: 1+ year experience of software development in C#
(pls
don't change if you have VB.NET or only have exposure to C#,
we need
hands on experience)
· at least 2+ years experience building business
applications using
C# and .NET framework.
· Deep understanding of C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, etc.
· Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP
· Solid understanding of SQL server 2000
· Strong understanding of software architectures, design
patterns,
UML, software development life cycle methodology
· Strong understanding of Service Oriented architecture and
Object
Oriented methodologies
· Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem solving and
analytical
skills.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills including
excellent
English.

-Microsoft certification is a plus
-If you published a book or articles, it's a plus.

The candidate must posses architectural level skill. As a
Sr. Architect
you would be responsible for driving the technical team and
high end
solution architecture. We are looking for smart people, the
kind of
people who can handle tasks with minimum directives. We are
using all
of the latest technologies, Visual Studio 2005, and ASP 2.0.
With us,
you will do research not only development.


Desired Profile

Candidate should be a BE/BTECH/ME/MCA from a reputed
university or
institute with at least 8 - 12 yrs of experience with 2 - 3
yrs as an
Architect for large solutions using C#, VB .Net, ASP .Net,
ADO .Net,
C++ and MS SQL Server. Should possess expertise in OOAD,
Design
Patterns, UML and DB Design. Experience in Commerce Server
and Biztalk
framework desirable. At least 2 yrs as an Architect in Dot
Net / C#
environment is a must.
