Visit http://cl10n.rwx.it
and take a look at the tutorials,
especially the AppleGlot one.
Also, you can either:
- download Camino 0.8.5, which was the last release with a
Chinese
translation
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/camino/r
eleases/
Camino-0.8.5-MultiLang.dmg.gz
- download the application dictionary which can be imported
in AppleGlot
http://www.mozdev.org/source/browse/camino
l10n/src/dictionnaries/glot/
Reading the tutorials will explain how to use these tools.
