I had Ondra configure a couple of domains/instances for me and they worked great. Now none of them are working. I use Red Hat Fedora Core 4 on a Virtual Dedicated Server through GoDaddy. I think I am having a problem telling the Linux server to serve the campsite folders instead of the default httpdocs folder. I am not a Linux guru. ;

This has affected my http://www.coopercorners.com site and http://www.chandlerhorseproperty.com site as well. ; I haven't changed anything in my coopercorners-host.conf file. ; Did I somehow overwrite something??

Email me back if you need more details. I can provide the superuser password if needed.

Thanx in advance...

Here are the directions I followed. I think I am missing the step to link the queenlandmanor-host.conf file.

1) create empty database
2) create user/password for the database
3) run /usr/local/campsite/bin/campsite-create-instance --db_user <your_db_user> --db_password <your_db_password> --db_name <your_database_name>
4) this should create the instance
5) in /usr/local/campsite/etc/<your_db_name>; is your apache vhost file.
look at the one I modified for the first instance
and do the same modifications for the new ones (set the server name you wish to use)
6) restart apache and it should be it.

Thanx.

Hi,

It seems your apache virtual hosts are not configured
properly. Please send the access details to
one Ondra or me (not to the list) and we'll help you.
