We are trying to implement the comments but we are 
having a problem viewing the comments in the admin interface. The comments which 
are originally in arabic are displayed in unicode encoding format such 
as:


 


%D8%B1%D8%A4%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%A4%D8%B1
