Conditional list of sections

You can list only sections that contain articles in the
following way:

<!** list section>
    <!** list article>
        <!** if list start> <!-- it means there are
articles in the current section -->
            <p><a href="uri
section"><!** print section name></p>
        <!** endif>
    <!** endlist>
<!** endlist>
