After a mysql reconfiguration (my.cnf) and a database restart, I get the upload/delete image permissions problem again. Last time I got this problem, Oundra entered my server and fixed the permissions in the database. I don't want to give you extra work to enter my server again (I know you are really busy), so can you please tell me what should I do to fix this problem? I'm in a bit hurry (editors can't upload images to the articles), so any quick help would be really appreciated.

This is the error message:
