Installing a test site

Good afternoon,

We're trying to install a test site as a duplicate to our
current. However, we're not entirely sure which files we
should copy. Should we copy the campsite sources as well or
just the current instance? Or simply said: what do we need
to do to set up a duplicate testing site?
