If you write:

?<!** URLParameters>" >Next
<!** endif>
URLParameters will send you to an older issue, not the
current one with updated start/end references, so the layout
in the following page will be the old one. It makes time
travel more realistic, though.

I fully endorse Campsite 'parallel view' of languages.
