Thanks Ondra!

I have created a new issue (number 5)... but when I try to
list the sections in the new issue it gives me the sections
for the current issue (not for issue 5).

here's what I'm doing

<!** local>
   <!** publication name "WholeNote.ca">
   <!** issue number 5>
   <!** List Section>
     "><!** print section name>
   <!** endlist>
<!** endlocal>
