Invalid value "..." of "site alias" and the template engine

After 12 to 18 hours of no activity my site will go down and
give me the invalid site  alias error message.  I can get my
site back up by restart the template engine.  I just need to
know why my site goes down almost every day!   I am using
2.5.2 on FC5.  Any sugestions?
