detach + Catalyst::Plugin::Formbuilder = ERROR

When I detach to an action which uses
Catalyst::Plugin::FormBuilder I get this error message:

MyProject::Controller::MyController->MyAction "Can't
call method "submitted" on an undefined value at

Is that a bug or what am I doing wrong?
