Install failures from CPAN

Hi!

I'm doing some fresh installs from CPAN and I'm getting a
few  
Catalyst install errors. I have patches below.

Catalyst::Plugin::Authentication 0.10000. This module is
missing the  
inc/ directory. I copied one over from Module::Install 0.67
and the  
install went fine.

Catalyst::Plugin::Session 0.16. Complains about a test
failure for t/ 
06_finalize.t re: missing
Catalyst::Plugin::Session::State::Cookie  
(output attached). As the tests t/05_semi_persistant_flash
and t/ 
live_app both skip if C::P::Session::State::Cookie is
missing, I've  
added the same skip test to t/06_finalize.t - patch
attached.

Can you do a 'reload index' and confirm the 0.17 we released
yesterday fixes
this please?

Thanks for the catch.  New version is uploading to CPAN now.
 should
fix the inc issue.

Sorry, I missed that release. Yes, I can confirm this is
fixed in 0.17.
