Catalyst::Plugin::I18N 0.06

Hey Y'all,

I've done a little bit of maintenance to the I18N plugin.
Version 0.06 
will hit CPAN soon. The changes are as follows:

- re-org distro
- switch to Module::Install
- added language_tag() method
- pod fixes

If you use this plugin and you have suggestions or comments,
I'd love to 
hear them.

One thing that I would love to see in I18N is that the 'l'
function
was put on the stash - so that it was directly available in
the
templates.

Isn't this something you could do in your own template base
class? 
(perhaps that's what you're doing now?) I'm not sure this
plugin should 
muck with the stash like that... thoughts?

It shouldn't. Would be ugly as hell in other templating
systems anyway
($l-> in Mason for e.g.).

Somebody post zby a bag of sugar, he's getting deficient
