Two if those I have already released (kronolith-h3-2.1.2 and
turba-
h3-2.1.2) and I will try to release the other two later
today.

Should have reverted earlier, but i wasn't too sure if i
could do this. 
The horde install doc is quite a challenging task as most 
implementations are quite diverse with different MTA, MRA
and Auth 
backends..

Is a (fresh not upgrade) base setup of horde/imp/turba fine?
I'll 
anyways put in an effort to make it as generic as possible
with minimal 
changes in the centos setup.
