missing mailx bugfix update in upstream mirrors

The src.rpm for this update for RHEL4 was never pushed
properly, but is now
where it should be.

And for some bizarre reason, it's marked as "Affected
Products: Other", but
it is indeed a RHEL4 fix (and cures an issue that bites us
here).

Probably you guys will notice this yourselves, but I figured
I'd mention it

I think it is fastrack ... and that is where I put it
