I'm looking into migrating the openpbx package from Rawhide
to Centos, and
it has a BuildRequirement on fedora-usermgmt-devel. Is there
an equivalent
package in CentOS, or how does one structure the spec file
to allow
building for either distro?

iirc, ( the fedora guys on this list might have more info on
this ),
there is a move within fedora to drop / rethink the usermgmt
stuff
itself. so perhaps dropping back to distro-included tools
for these
tasks might be a good idea.
