Multiple networks to accsess same host in same encryption domain in different ways

Hi All

I have a problem trying to get some parts of our network to
access a
host without going through a Site-to-Site connection.
I have defined one network to go through the Site-to-Site,
but all my
networks are also trying to reach the host through this
Site-to-Site
even if the network ranges are not added in the Site-to-Site
rule.
I have a rule giving all the ranges access to Internet,
below all my VPN
rules, but it seems they are trying to reach the host
through the vpn no
matter what I do. 

The host they are trying to reach is the same as the gateway
of the
Site-to-Site.
