files other than upgrade_export output needed to move to new hardware

Hi,
We're using SPLAT NGR55.
We're planning to upgrade to NGX R62.

I know we use the upgrade_export tool to export the firewall
policies
and objects, etc.

What files should I copy to get the routes and interface
information so
I don't have to manually re-enter those?

Having upgraded to NGX (from NG AI) with a new NGX license,
SmartUpdate is
no longer avialabe (option greyed out), along with some
other products
which we don't use (e.g., SmartSLM).

SmartUpdate is very useful for license deployment (we
haven't used it for
software updates).

It looks like our license for NGX is now SmartCentre UTM -
and we need to
upgrade to SmartCentre Power for SmartUpdate.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and is the fix really to
spend $$$?
