Fix IP with DHCP

I need sometime s a fix ip to access some networks, this no
problem when
i'm at the office but, when i login with VPN i get a ip from
the DHCP
range of the firewall.
We use - Office Mode Method - Manual (using IP pool) -
Allocate IP from
Network (A IP range).
This IP is always different, coult this be done by editing
the
ipassignment.conf file?
But we also uses Proxy ARP  for each IP in the DHCP range.

Any advice is more then welcome.
