Re: Error on policy install on SPLAT R55 HFA18

According to CP these msgs can be safely ignored.

Symptoms 
Error messages in var/log/messages when running CPInfo 
Error: "fwhandle_get (fwbuf.c:935): Table kbufs -
Invalid handle
17d58007 (bad entry)" 
Error: "FW-1: fwkbuf_length: invalid id number
17d58007" 
Core file: ELF 32-bit LSB core file of 'cpvinfo' (signal
11), Intel
80386, version 1 (SYSV) 
 
Cause 
Error messages are caused by "fw tab -f -t connections
..." command
inside CPInfo. This command retrieves all content of a
kernel table and
in a second step, retrieves content of kbufs. The problem is
that,
between ioctls, some entries in connections table are freed
and
therefore, related kbufs. 
 
Solution  
These messages are harmless and can be safely ignored.  


Perhaps there is something else that is wrong and you just
"go blind" by
these messages.

I would suggest deleting that object you created and try
installing the
policy again.
