Help with Provider-1 upgrade

I have a P-1 Manger+Container on R55 with HFA_20 running
SPLAT.  This
is a clean install on a Dell 4650 (quad processors with 8GB
of RAM).

Then I copy everything from the P-1 NGx R61 SPLAT into the
Provider-1 R55
/var/tmp directory.  After that I run the following
command:

[ExpertP1-NGx-R61]# fwm mds ver
This is Check Point Provider-1 Server NG with Application
Intelligence (R55) HFA_20, Hotfix 969 - Build 001
[ExpertP1-NGx-R61]# pwd
/var/tmp/R61/upg_all
[ExpertP1-NGx-R61]# ls
CPsecplPtchMod  CPsecplPtchMod.exe  RPMS  SU  TRANS.TBL 
scripts  sontent.txt  stam.tgz  ynstallme.sh
[ExpertP1-NGx-R61]# ./ynstallme.sh
Start Upgrading ..

./CPsecplPtchMod: ./CPsecplPtchMod.exe: No such file or
directory


Exiting ..
[ExpertP1-NGx-R61]#

basically it is not working.  I have EVERYTHING under
/var/tmp dirrectory
set to 777 permission.  The /var/ partition has 200 GB of
disk space so 
space is not an issue.

The reason I do this is because the dell box raid controller
does not 
recognize P-1 NGx R61 CD but it does work with P-1 R55 CD.

Can someone help me with this?  Thanks.
