copy file to SPLAT

Guys,

Does anyone know how to copy file to SPLAT?
Tried ssh and got connection refused.
Same as winscp

Plz advice,

Hi,
as far as the firewall allows it... try to use scp or pscp,
but before
be sure to create the file /etc/scpusers. In this file you
write the
users who may use scp to the machine, e.g. admin.

Aditionally,

if the first try is not working, edit /etc/passwd for the
scpueser change the shell to /bin/bash
