Configuring site-to-site VPN between networks with overlapping

Hi,

I try to set up a VPN between two Checkpoint Gateways. One
from my site and
the other managed by a partner. The problem is that we have
the same
adresses for our network on both side. I don't see how to
set up this
without changing one side IP adress or by statically NATing
all machines on
one site.

I know there is a white paper "Configuring site-to-site
VPN between networks
with same IP addressing scheme" on checkpoint site
explaining how to set up
this but I did not have acces to this.

Is there any idea?
