Thanks Ray,

That SK33821 is similar SK31448 both pointing to the same
HFA_02 issue
hotfix and already applied that Hotfix. I even downloaded
again and try
to apply and it say it already been applied.

I guess this will be another case opened with Checkpoint,
since the
HFA-02 already broke my Checkpoint Eventia REPORTER too....

I am getting to the point of being paranoid of HFA(s) since
they seem to
always break something else ...

There's a hotfix in SK for Edge management problems, but I
don't think
this one is specifically called out.
