js options - required input

guys i m trying to figure out which javascript toolkit to
use

i m now trying to figure out which to use between
The major contenders are:
Dojo
Mochikit
and prototype [rails fame]

i would love to find out which is very pythonic and clean
if you can also tell about your experience of using one of
these
