CherryPy-2.2.0-rc1 released

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to announce that the first release candidate for
CherryPy-2.2.0 is 
now available.
You'll find the downloads on the http://www.cherrypy.org
website.

This release includes:
 - various bug fixes (gzipfilter, sessionfilter amongst
others)
 - a new benchmark.py test tool
 - a new "cherrypy.lowercase_api" flag to
improve performance if you use the 
new lowercase API only
 - improvements to the session filter (clean up task now
happens in another 
thread and doesn't block the current request)


If everything goes well we'll have a 2.2.0final release in
a week or two.
