It says on the main page:

 "... To do so, simply visit this page and enter as
guest with the
password guest"

besides the humorous connotation of a statement that says
"visit this
page" I can't find any kind of login on the page...

When I see a "this page", I usually tend to pass
my mouse over the "this 
page" 

Now I agree the sentence is not clear but check it back
again and you'll 
see the link is right there.

of course the key requirement for doing that is having some
indication
that word is actually a link.

Upon a closer look it indeed turns out to be ever so
slightly
off-colored, and it does have a link beneath it.
