finding out what crashed cherrypy

It is somewhat likely that there is some module being
generated
for which no file exists.

The cherrypy autoreloader is broken in that if it finds such
a module,
it assumes the module must have changed, and restarts the
server.
I have the beginnings of a module that might replace it
contributed by
Tavis from the Cheetah template project although I don't
have the time
to fit it to the cherrypy project.  If someone wants to fix
this, let
me 
know and I'll forward the code.
