Well, I've got my configuration template from http://tools.
cherrypy.org/wiki/ModProxy
-- but it's written with Apache 2 in mind.
I also assume that Apache 1.3 doesn't support it (this
way).
But maybe someone else here has got it running with Apache
1.3.

Especially as the "!" is mentioned in the Apache 2
docs but not in the
Apache 1 docs:

Maybe I'll have to try it with mod_rewite... :/
