Using anchors and/or reloading a page at a precise point using a

I'm using a <form> to enter some input in a webpage
(html file that I
load and display using "return" with CherryPy). 
Upon submitting, I
process the form and reload the page.  My problem is that
the page is
always reloaded at the top and a fair bit of scrolling has
to be done
to get back to the <form>.  Any suggestion as to how
to reload a page
at an html anchor point?

Never mind: it was not a CherryPy problem but a
misunderstanding of my
part of how to use actions and links in <form>s.  I
was building a page
dynamically and missing the addition of an html link.
