Errno 9 when moving from web page to web page

I did some further investigation and the problem seems to be
related to
the python integrated development IDLE that in part of the
python 2.4.3
MS Windows version since executing the script from the
command line
works fine in both development and production environment.

I guess using IDLE with cherrypy has its drawbacks.
