multipart/x-mixed-replace

Has anyone tried implementing sending a
multipart/x-mixed-replace
(a.k.a. server push) response with CherryPy?

It obviously (?) involves taking over the output stream from
the
framework, which I can't find documentation on that (I seem
to recall
seeing _something_ about getting the output stream and
telling CherryPy
not to send the content itself, but now I can't find it
again).
