DESCRIPTION:
Codehaus XFire is a next-generation java SOAP framework with
an easy to use API and
support for many binding frameworks. It is also highly
performant since it is built on a low
memory StAX based model. The presentation will explain the
main benefits of XFire and
demostrate how to build a simple web service using XFire.

David Lucek is currently a Senior Software Engineer with G2
SwitchWorks. He has worked
on many projects to include J2EE Authentication, Routing,
Accounting, and Web Servers.
His most recent project involves implementing J2EE Web
