Palm WiFi at Chicago Public Library

Has anyone tried connecting a Palm device with WiFi to
the Chicago Public Library wireless internet network?
I'm using a Palm T3 with a Palm WiFi card but cannot
get it to work. My device connects but WebPro and
Versamail don't work. Anybody can help me on this? Thanks
