Hello all, I am currently rushing a small Retinex
demonstration to be done in
Cinepaint over the weekend.
I intend to compile it on the cinepaint 0.21.1 platform. Yes
i am aware
about Glasgow but I doubt i have time to grasp it over the
weekend not to
mention deal with build that might turn out to be unstable?
I plan to port
over the exisiting Retinex implementation in GIMP over to
0.21.1
I guess i might have to remove some dependencies relating to
GTK2 for as far
as i know 0.21.1 does not support that. 0.21.2 unfortunately
does not work
on my system due to a missing OpenGL library and unless its
worthwhile
downloading the GLUT and going through configuration hell...
i think i'll
give it a miss...
can anyone help me point me in the right direction here.
right now i seem to
have a problem in implementing a preview in the dialog box
and there seems
to be alot of errors with g_try_malloc. in fact im thinking
of porting the
ORIGINAL gretinex code done by Fabien Pelisson. help!
i hope that the plug-in could be developed over the weekend
and eventually
released to the cinepaint community. thanks!
