check your rule base and permit the snmp service for that especific network to allow access to DMZ1 and DMZ2, remeber the you set a especific rule base for each zone in the firewall or the ASA

I have one problem in one develop of a site-to-site vpn (asa with router cisco), this is working  fine but this vpn (router) not can connect to the server SMTP that is in dmz2 (ASA), neither whit server that is in dmz1..

Only the site remote work fine with the inside of the ASA..
