Hi Rayan,

Yes , user hasn't replicated to the DC CM .How resolve
this.And How to
find out which account used to created to enable the
callManager to
access the
directory

Can you not find any users or it only the new one that's
not showing up?

	>>Able to see old users but not the new one

Is the new user in the same AD OU as the ones that show up?

You'll need to talk with somebody with more AD knowledge
than I about
your replication issue.

For CM if you mean to find out what user CM is using to
authenticate
to the directory (the directory manager account) then look
in the
registry on the publisher at HKLM\software\cisco systems,
inc.
\directory configuration\MgrDn
