If you can search the directory at all then this is not a
password
issue. If the password was incorrect the search page would
not even
display correctly.
Your problem is either:
A) Your search base does not include the OU of the new user
OR
B) your new user has not replicated to the DC that CM is
pointing to.
If you can find other users in the same OU as this user via
the
CCMAdmin global directory then this rules out A above.

That is your problem... you need to go to the root of the AD
if you are
going to use Multiple OU's.
Rerun the permissions wizard and change to the root.
