When our switchboard closes, the operator CFsA to the
Automated Attendant.
Somewhere in the AA, of course, it says dial 0 for the
operator, which
results in a loop if there's no operator available. Is
there an easy way
out of this (i.e., without getting involved with Unity or
IVR programming)?
If not, what's the preferred hard way? It seems like it
should be a small
modification to the IVR AA script, but we've failed
miserably in the few
attempts we've made to do this.
