I have a 5.1 install coming up in the near future. On the customers existing system they currently use sequential hunt groups in combination with DND. Their goal is to route customer calls to reps ASAP, the do not disturb feature keeps the customers wait short by not routing the call to the hunt group member while that member is in DND mode. Does anyone know of a similar solution that could be accomplish on
CCM5.1? I'm thinking Extension Mobility with 1 button login, but that seems to take to long with the reset. They essentially need to be able to "log out" of a hunt group. Looking for any suggestions.
Regards,
Nick Griffin

This exact feature is in 4.2 or 6.0.
You can hack it in 4.1 or 5.1 by using extension mobility
and have
their user device profile add a second line that is the hunt
group
member.
Others may have different approaches...
