how to test a t1 cas  what are the cmds
Im trying to test some calls going over the t1 cas wink/start connection.  i not sure what cmds i can use

If you're just trying to test phone calls over your
CAS T1, just like any other connection you can try to
use 'csim start <phonenumber>' to see if you can call
yourself.

Cisco recommends you don't use that command willynilly
since it has been known to crash the box so it is
probably best if you are physically located near it.

debug vpm signal

to debug the call routing:
debug voice dialpeer
